Warwick Train Station Fencing Replacement

Scope of Work Summary:

Preliminaries

Undertake Site Program, detailed JSA & Methodology prior to commencing site works
Submission of Permits prior to commencing site works
Undertake all applicable procurement relating to the below scope of works
Dilapidation report to be completed
Develop Pedestrian Management Plan
Provision for PTA Entry into service document completion
Provision for drafting of ITP & Engineering sign off
Provide Project management throughout Project
Provision For PTA close out certificate
As constructed drawings to be provided
Undertake Architectural drawings
Structural engineer to review and sign off drawings
Submission of BA3 CDC & BA01
Undertake Underground scanning of area prior to commencing site works and provide detailed report of any services found
Undertake feature survey
CTF Levy

Fabrication

Fabricate 50NB Posts with applicable baseplates as per workshop drawings, Posts to be capped at the top. Posts to be Powder coated black

Lower-Level Fencing

Set up Temporary fencing around worksite ensuring pedestrians can still optimise footpath
Implement pedestrian management between 9am-3pm
Undertake set out and remove applicable Stone pitching to provide access for concrete footings
Installation of Pad footing as per engineer detail
Fabricate & Install 50NB Posts with applicable baseplates as per workshop drawings, Posts to be capped at the top. Posts to be Powder coated Black
Supply & Install 1400mm Height chainmesh fencing with top & bottom rails as per drawings and PTA Specification 8880-450-069 Powder coated Black
Reinstatement of Stone pitching
Clean Site & Demob

Upper-Level Fencing

Set up Temporary fencing around worksite ensuring pedestrians can still optimise footpath
Undertake set out and cut out existing footpath to create footings
Installation of Pad footing as per engineer detail
Fabricate & Install 50NB Posts with applicable baseplates as per workshop drawings, Posts to be capped at the top. Posts to be Powder coated Black
Supply & Install 1400mm Height chainmesh fencing with top & bottom rails as per drawings and PTA Specification 8880-450-069 Powder coated Black
Clean Site & Demob
