● Develop concept designs for client review, developed in coordination with heritage
precinct and several local volunteer groups involved in the tram restoration project
● Develop workshop DWGS, engineer and submit CDC for new heritage structure
● Develop detailed environmental, safety, traffic and emergency management plans
and frontline HSEQ documentation
● Site works including earthworks, prep and pour of foundation and concrete slab with
in-set rails for tram mounts
● Isolate and reconfigure mains water and electrical services
● Supply, fabricate, treat and install structural steel members for portals and roof
trusses including transport of all materials, plant and equipment to site
● Install new masonry walls and folding entry doors
● Supply and install new gutters, stormwater infrastructure and roof sheets
● Supply and install custom glazing and feature downlights to structure
