Scope of Work Summary:

• Stabilise embankments using a mulching system. 
  
• Supply & install concrete kerbs to existing ramps.
• Supply, install & paint pre-fabricated steel handrails to existing ramps.
• Supply, install & paint pre-fabricated steel access staircase, and associated spoon drain.
• Supply & install concrete pram ramp from road to pedestrian ramp entry.
• Supply & install concrete driveway crossover.
• Supply & install compliant sumps to all existing rainwater downpipes and test to confirm flow and drainage.
• Minor earthworks to adjust ground levels at two drainage pits in the pool compound.
• Rustproof existing shade sail posts.
• Develop detailed environmental, safety and emergency management plans and frontline HSEQ documentation
  
• Detailed site survey and set-out
• Siteworks and vegetation clearing
• Prepare and submit ASCON Drawings
