Scope of Work Summary:

• Cut-out/breakout all delaminated, drummy, and loose concrete adjacent to each side of the existing crane rails
• Cut and remove the damage sections of crane rail including any approved sub-base plate
• Once all damaged concrete has been removed, clean back flaking and surface rust to the reinforced steel before coating with zinc rich primer
• Use S50 10mm GP MCC460 W/C0.40 concrete with steel fibres (Dramix 3D 65/35BG) @ 20kg/M3. finishing with steel float then broom finish to ensure non-slip with no standing water.
• Reinstate any existing asphalt and to be levelled to the existing R.L. and make good
• Develop detailed environmental, safety and emergency management plans and frontline HSEQ documentation
• Detailed site survey and set-out
• Siteworks and vegetation clearing
• Prepare and submit ASCON Drawings
