- Out of water pile replacement (below water table) to MRWA Specifications
- Wingwall pile repairs to MRWA Specifications
- Pile banding to MRWA Specifications
- Excavation of abutment and construction of new wingwall to MRWA Specifications
- New approach slab to eastern abutment to MRWA Specifications
- Bracing and whaler replacements to MRWA Specifications
- Design, engineer and prototype test overbridge propping system with adjustable swinging scaffold system to allow ease of access below bridge above water
- Form and install new wingwall to MRWA Specifications
To speed up site productivity we installed electric hoists on scaffold system, added additional lifting points to propping system to lift piles into position, added gaskets to formwork jackets to improve seal, added steel plates to pile jacket locator to improve plug effectiveness, and kept site compound above flood line due to high likelihood of flooding event, which did infact occur.
