Scope of Work Summary:

• Preparation and submission of all HSEQ documentation and extensive traffic management planning
• Liaison and negotiation with local government entities, utility and asset owners and nearby landowners
• Full structural refurbishment of bridge including:
  o  Testing and treatment of pile welding splice
  o  Supply and install of 250UC89 pile bracket supports
  o  Pier half-cap replacements
  o  Supply and install Type 1 and Type 3 bearing support brackets at Piers
  o  Pile banding
  o  Cut and remove redundant steel pile
  o  Stringer installations
  o  Corbel installations
  o  Abutment full-cap replacements
  o  Abutment concrete sheeting repairs
  o  Wingwall concrete sheeting repairs
  o  Dismantle and disposal of redundant bridge structure
  o Construct new widened bridge deck (Reinforced Concrete Overlay) and approach slabs
  o  Remove and replace bridge guardrail
  o  Rock protection and construct spoon drains
  o  Asphalt laying
  o  Reinstate approach to provide smooth transition on bridge and existing roadway.
  o  Reinstate line marking
